Summer Baseball update

Practice is to be held at 6:00 on Wed. 5-24. We will have an inter-squad game. I will be handing out schedules and teams that everyone is assigned to. Please let me know if you cannot attend. Our first game is on 6-5 which is a Monday. I will also have all of the costs for the league which will simply be the cost of umpires and baseballs for our home games. I will have it broken down for Wed. I have orderd shirts that one of our parents has volunteered to purchase. Thank you to Mr. Flaherty. The boys will wear their Blue hats and will need white pants, Blue socks and a blue belt. There should not be any additional costs. We will have 2 teams and I will be coaching both of them with help from other dads. We will have several players moving from team to team to help cover games. We will not play each other and all games will be at different days and times. We will be playing 9 inning game which will give us extra innings. Spring Sports Banquet

May 8th is the spring sports banquet. PLEASE SIGN UP for dinner as soon as possible. Sign up and details can be found on the school web site.

This is an opportunity for us to fellowship one last time as a program this year, we especially encourage all of the seniors and their families to be there.

MANDATORY Meeting

Wednesday, May 3rd at 7:30 am in Coach Wilke's room there will be a mandatory meeting of ALL Concordia baseball players who are currently juniors, sophomores, and freshmen. DO NOT MISS THIS MEETING. We will be discussing off season plans, weight room times, and summer baseball.

If you have any digital photos from this season that you would be willing to share, please email them or send in a disk to Coach Janetzke as soon as possible. We are especially in need of pics of the seniors in action.

Uniforms

ALL uniforms (jerseys, game pants, practice pants, belts) MUST be turned in by Monday, May 8th. Any uniform not turned in will be charged to the account. Seniors who do not turn in their uniform may have their diploma and transcrips withheld. Turn them in, IN PERSON, to Coach Janetzke.
