To the St. John's baseball field:

I-610 South/West to Westheimer exit
Turn left (East) on Westheimer

Turn left at the first turn AFTER West Alabama
First pitch, 4:30 pm.

JV GAME IS MOVED TO WEDNESDAY, 4:15 AT HOME. GAME WILL BE DONE BY 6:00 pm PER SCHOOL POLICY.

Crusader Invite Rained Out

Due to wearther conditions all the games scheduled for Saturday, Feburary 25, 2006 have been cancelled.
Varsity and J.V. practice Monday 3:15-5:15.

JV tops Cooper

Congratulations to the JV on the first win of the season, 8-5 over John Cooper.

A tremendous TEAM win!

Varsity notches first W

Congratulations to the Varsity on their first win of the season, 6-4 over Lutheran South.

The win was also the first game of the annual Crusader Invite, a round robin that will continue Friday and conclude Saturday.

The Crusaders play Concordia Academy-Austin at noon and John Cooper at 4 pm Saturday.

JV Schedule Changes

Feb. 28th - Home against St. Johns has been moved to Mar. 1-Home against St. Johns at 4:15.

Mar. 11th - Away against Pope John Paul XXIII HS, 10 am (Double Header)

We will have transportation for the Mar. 11th game.

There will be no JV practice on March 2nd.

Games Cancelled

All games for Saturday, February 18th, @ Cooper have been cancelled.

Varsity roster from today will practice Monday, 6-7:30 pm.

Practice Change

Due to the rain overnight and this afternoon, Friday's practice will be indoors and shortened.

The boys can be picked up at 4:30.

Transportation to Cooper

Due to some scheduling conflicts, students will need to provide their own transportation to Cooper. The baseball field is located on the north east area of the campus and requires a little walking to access. Directions are available at the CLHS website. Junior Varsity players should be at the field by 10:15 am, dressed in uniform. Varsity players need to be at the field by 12 noon in team t-shirts and game pants. Cooper does have batting cages for us to use.

In the event that the games are cancelled, due to the rain, that information will be posted on this site immediately, as well as phone calls made to the phone tree the students will be given on Friday.

Scrimmage Cancelled

After a sighting of Noah's Ark on the baseball field, we have cancelled tonight's scrimmage.

JV AND Varsity will be practicing inside, until 4:20.

Varsity pitchers and all available catchers will be staying for another 20-30 minutes afterwards.

Next week's schedule remains intact: Tuesday, home game vs. WCA; Thursday, away @ Ft. Bend Baptist; Saturday, away @ Cooper

Practice

There IS baseball practice today, Wednesday, February 1.

Friday is a half day of school. There is no scheduled practice, but there will be a lifting session after school to make up for the shortened athletic period, noon to 12:45.
