Baseball Workout Cancelled

There will NOT be a baseball workout on Tuesday, July 8th, due to unforeseen circumstances. Prep team is still scheduled to play on July 10th at 6 pm. The next baseball workout will be Tuesday, July 15th.

Prep Team, Game 1

The Prep Team will play tonight at John Cooper School at 6:00 pm. Please be there at 5:15 to warm up.

Navy socks, navy belt, grey pants, navy cap, navy t-shirt. We will have some socks for purchase, and belts to borrow. Be sure to have a water bottle with you.

If you have not paid your $150, please do so as soon as possible.

Summer Baseball

Co-Op Team for Returning Varsity Players from Concordia, Cooper, and Northland

Practice Wednesday June 4, 5 pm to 7 pm at Concordia. Have cleats and baseball pants.

Physicals

Monday, May 5th, Concordia will be offering physicals for the 2008-09 school year. These physicals will clear student athletes for participation in their respective sports. Cost is $20. No appointments. Forms will be handed out at athletic period on Friday or can be picked up from the front office. Physicals begin at 5:30 and run until 8:30.

BIG DISTRICT WIN!

The CRUSADER varsity earned a split in the season series with rival Northland Christian, 8-1. The visitors were down 0-1 after the first, but responded with 5 runs over the next two innings and played stellar defense behind Richard Gibbs complete game, 7 strikeout, 1 hit gem. The win pushed the SADERS record to 6-12 (4-5) and also gives the CRUSADERS the tie breaker (run differential) in a playoff scenario with Northland. The CRUSADERS have five big games remaining, beginning Wednesday night at Houston Christian.

Tuesday Games Postponed

JV and Varsity games vs. Westbury have been postponed tonight due to field conditions. No make up date has been determined yet.

Spring Sports Pictures

Wednesday, March 12 will be picture day. Players will recieve an order packet today at practice. Be sure to fill it out completely along with payment type. Be sure to indicate to your son if you want individual shots taken as part of their package.
